Role Overview

SGA is evolving from a component supplier to a leading System Integrator. We are looking for a high-caliber System Project Manager to orchestrate the development of integrated automotive and industrial solutions. You will not just manage electronics; you will lead the fusion of electronics, plastics, lighting and insulation into high-value “Box Building” and “Smart System” products for global OEMs and Tier-1s.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Orchestration: Lead complex projects from initial concept to Start of Production (SOP), including electronics, housing (plastic/metal), and wire harnesses.
• Network Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams across our internal departments and our specialized strategic partner network.
• Customer Interface: Act as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for international OEM/Tier-1 clients.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and hit KPIs regarding quality, timing (APQP/PPAP), and “Target Costing.”
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage project risks (FMEA) and technical change requests in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile (The Essentials)

• Education: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of PM experience in the Automotive industry.
• System Thinking: You have a solid grasp of how electronics, mechanics, and thermal management interact. You don’t need to be an expert in all, but you must speak the language of all.
• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949) and development cycles (APQP).
• Communication: Fluent in English; ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders and manage international supplier relations.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in Automotive Lighting/Electronics or Electronic Control Boxes.
• A “Get-it-done” mindset: You are comfortable challenging the status quo to meet a 24-hour quoting deadline or a tight prototype schedule.
• Experience managing multi-partner projects or external development service providers.
