We are looking for a top-tier System Project Manager to steer the development of integrated solutions for the automotive and industrial sectors. Your role will go beyond managing electronics; you will drive the synergy between electronics, plastics, lighting solutions, and insulation into high-value-added products (i.e., “Box Building” and “Smart Systems”) for global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Leading complex projects from the initial concept to the Start of Production (SOP), including electronics, housings (plastic/metal), and wire harnesses.
- Network Leadership: Coordinating interdisciplinary teams across our departments and in collaboration with our specialized network of strategic partners.
- Customer Interface: Acting as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for international customers (OEM/Tier-1).
- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding quality, deadlines (APQP/PPAP), and target costing.
- Risk and Change Management: Proactively managing project risks (FMEA) and technical changes in a dynamic environment.
Your Profile
- Education: A degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics) or a related technical field.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry.
- Systems Thinking: A solid understanding of the interplay between electronics, mechanics, and thermal management. You do not need to be an expert in every field, but you must understand the “language” of all areas.
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949) and development cycles (APQP).
- Communication: Fluency in English; ability to negotiate with high-level stakeholders and manage relationships with international suppliers.
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in automotive lighting, power electronics, or electronic control units (Control Boxes).
- A “Get-it-done” results-oriented mindset: The ability to challenge existing frameworks to achieve ambitious goals, such as 24-hour quotation deadlines or tight prototyping schedules.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple partners or external engineering service providers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing key accounts and building, maintaining, and strengthening professional business and strategic relationships with clients.
- Preparing and executing market research and development strategies.
- Analyzing potential and current clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyzing and reviewing potential deals and key accounts across various market segments and industries.
- Actively identifying and exploring new markets and clients to introduce company products.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to discover new clients and business avenues.
- Monitoring market trends to drive potential business growth for the company.
- Acquiring new clients, securing new deals, and seeking out fresh sales opportunities.
- Managing documentation, archiving data, and preparing commercial proposals.
- Executing sales and post-sales activities.
- Facilitating communication and cooperation across different internal business processes.
- Participating in the organization of trade fairs and marketing events.
- Performing various cost calculations and preparing quotes for buyers.
What We Expect:
- At least one year of experience in a similar or identical role.
- Level V education (Secondary/High School Degree) in Economics or Business.
- A responsible, dynamic, communicative, and entrepreneurial individual.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A valid Category B driver’s license.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English (knowledge of additional foreign languages is an asset).
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be the organizational backbone of our Sales and Project Management departments.
You will ensure smooth operations, accurate data management, and excellent communication with our global customers. If you are a communicative problem-solver who loves to take initiative, we want you!
Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)
- CRM & ERP Management: You will maintain project records in CRM and our ERP system, updating pricing, quotations, and partner data.
- Quotation Support: You will send RFQs to suppliers, compare offers, and help create precise customer quotation templates.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: You will act as the central hub between Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, and Logistics.
- Marketing & Communication: You will assist in organizing trade fairs, prepare LinkedIn content, and support daily customer communication.
Your Profile
- Location: You are based in Slovenia (ideally close to our site in Slovenske Konjice).
- Experience & Mindset: You have experience in administration or commercial support. Most importantly, you are proactive, hands-on, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Communication Skills: You are an open-minded team player with excellent English skills to confidently communicate with our international partners.
- Tech Savvy & Precise: You have a structured, detail-oriented working style and a strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good to know: Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus, but not a strict requirement – we will gladly train you on our specific tools!
