ISO 9001: The Architecture of Trust
For SGA, ISO 9001 is not a manual; it is the architectural blueprint for the trust we build with every partner.
It codifies our commitment to a simple principle: quality is not a department, it is our entire operation.
We see ISO 9001 as the operating system for customer-centricity. It ensures that every process, from initial
design to final delivery, is engineered to exceed expectations and deliver measurable, repeatable results.
Our certification is your assurance of a reliable partner. It demonstrates a system built on proactive risk management, data-driven decisions, and a relentless drive for improvement, ensuring your project’s success is embedded in our DNA.
Our quality management system has been honed over three decades. It is the foundation that allows us to apply the extreme rigor of automotive standards across all sectors, delivering unmatched dependability.
