Conformal coating is a specialized process where a thin polymeric film is applied to a Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). This film “conforms” to the board’s components and topology, providing a high-performance protective barrier against environmental stressors.

Integrated UV-Inspection: Every coated board undergoes automated UV inspection to verify 100% coverage and film thickness, meeting the stringent IATF 16949 quality requirements.
