From PCBA to Finished Mechatronic System

Box-Build Assembly, also known as Systems Integration, involves the complete assembly of a customer’s finished product. This goes beyond the production of a PCBA and includes enclosure fabrication, installation of sub-assemblies, cabling, and final functional testing.

Comprehensive End-of-Line (EOL) Validation: A multi-stage QA approach utilizing Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), advanced X-Ray analysis for hidden defects, Flying Probe, and In-Circuit Testing (ICT) to guarantee zero-defect performance
Full Traceability: Utilizing laser marking on components, 5-KARDEX storage systems, and comprehensive digital ERP tracking, every element in the Box-Build is 100% traceable to global regulatory standards.
